Kalindy Williams and Kurt Eckardt are Hearts and Rockets, a feminist bratwave duo from Melbourne that reworks electronic post-punk sounds into catchy, primitive disco-punk ditties. They’ve released two LPs and a batch of slick singles and ‘Square Eyes‘ is from their new 4-song EP ‘TV is Boring‘ that will be released in late November. ‘Square Eyes‘ is an early 80s dance wave throwback with propulsive bass and a deadpan vocal delivery boosted by a super catchy keyboard hook.
