From their fourth album, Tell Me I’m Pretty, Cage the Elephant releases the video for their single, “Trouble”. The video was published two weeks ago and I am listening and watching on repeat as I write this and I’m falling in love with Cage the Elephant over and over again. The song itself starts out as almost a lullaby, “ooh ooh oohooh” followed by a deeper sang intro by lead singer Matt Schultz who also directed and wrote the video. The video was filmed in Southern California at the Joshua Tree National Park. To me, Cage the Elephant can do no wrong. There seems to be an understanding to the music itself. The sounds matching the lyrics so perfectly. Each member feels every note they play. You will not find a more crowd involved show, you know this if you have ever seen them live. And oh yeah, you better be able to catch if you are with 20 feet of the stage. Matt Schultz does not like to stay on stage too much during his show, he prefers to let the crowd do the dirty work. The band is currently on tour…
