So I’ve been kind of waiting for this one… Video of the Day is “Power Child” by The Night Beats. This video has that immediate pull on you that they do so well. I caught their show last week and I was blown away. They have this charismatic grace and their music is a dark, psychedelic sound that is equal parts garage rock and blues. “Power Child” is from Night Beats third studio album Who Sold My Generation released January 29th, 2016 via Heavenly Recordings. They are currently still on tour heading to Mexico to rock that southern heat. Night Beats are Danny Lee Blackwell (vocals & guitar), Jakob Bowden (bass & backing vocals) and James Traeger (drums).
