This performance by The War On Drugs was back in March of this year at KEXP. I’m just a little late to the game here but I have to put this up for everyone else to watch. I’ve read a few interviews and the comparisons between Adam Granduciel and Bruce or Dylan , and I would throw in Petty as well. BUT , that is not what makes me listen to this non stop, it’s just so spacey and dreamlike the album takes you someplace in the rich history of what or how music moves you, you just close your eyes and let the music take over, it’s wonderful and if your out there Zach, I should have listened to you 3 years ago when you tried telling me, I would love everything that they do.
