today from our friends at Rum Bar Records we bring you , “What’s That Got To Do With Rock N’ Roll?” by Kurt Baker. All I can say is holy crap, if this is a B-side show me the A sides now. Just total kick ass power garage pop , pure sweetness, reminds me a little of Gram Parker more rocked out then he ever got or a little like Sweet meeting up with Thin Lizzy. I’m finding it difficult to believe that a 26 year old is behind this tune, seems to me that he ought to be at least 40 to be able to pull this off.
