This past Friday I got the chance to see Becca Mancari perform at The High Watt here in Nashville. She really impressed me with her deep crooning voice and guitar strumming. The crowd was intimate and she talked about what the songs meant to her and why she wrote them. “Summertime Momma” was one of my favorites of the night, but it was a hard choice. Each song is laced with a deep desire as the sounds of her soul in the seemingly tender melodies come alive. Becca’s personal history of traveling and finding herself shine through. Her debut EP is expected to drop in 2016 and despite this being her only released song so far, her tour schedule is loaded. Hopefully you can catch her live!
