This video was just released yesterday along with some tour dates for The Death Valley Girls. and as you might expect if you’ve been paying attention it’s bloody fun.
The video stars legendary KROQ DJ Rodney Bingenheimer and it was directed by Kansas Bowling who recently made the new Troma movie BC Butcher. The synopsis via the band:
A fever dream trip filmed in blood color! A love letter to Rodney Bingenheimer’s English Disco, the ultra low budget horror flicks of H.G. Lewis and the hallucinatory underground films of Kenneth Anger. Shot on Super 8 by director Kansas Bowling and featuring Rodney Bingenheimer, Rodney flashes back to his legendary 70s nightclub, where he finds himself DJing a soundtrack to a disco bloodbath. Maybe one of Charlie Manson’s runaway followers is responsible for the carnage or maybe Rodney is just caught in a dream?
