This is a really good synth punk band from Portland called DRESS FORMS. It’s Jenny L – synth, vocals, Izzy D – synth, Jacyn P – drums, vocals, synth. Jacyn is also in COLLATE and CONDITIONER DISCO GROUP, and several other bands. All of his bands are distinct and have strong aesthetics. This one is squelchy synth punk like NERVOUS GENDER or THE SCREAMERS, but it also marries it to the sort of Bop-til-you-Drop aesthetic of SILICON TEENS (see their cover of “Annette’s Got The Hits”). This is an EP (or perhaps mini LP) called Display. You can scoop it up now on bandcamp for only $5.
