Do The RUMBAR RUMBLE with Pale Lips and The Sorels

Where did the summer go? It’s August and I can already hear Don Henley’s ‘Boys of Summer‘ in my head but thankfully Rumbar Records has brought together Canadian rockers Pale Lips and The Sorels for a 9-track split that will prolong the summer.

On ‘Do The Rumbar Rumble‘ both of these bands serve up snappy rock and roll and make superb roommates with the bubblegum hooks of Pale Lips pairing perfectly with the growling spiky guitars of The Sorels. Sadly, these are not new tunes, the Pale Lips five tracks are comprised of their 2015 EP – ‘Got a Sweet Tooth‘ and the 2017 single ‘Don’t Take Your Switchblade to New York‘. Both of The Sorels’ previously released singles are here including their latest ‘Spring Break’.

Shout out to Winnipeg artist Evan Quiring for the amazing cover art.
