The punk is strong in this one. Power pop video “The Verge” by the D.C. group Bad Moves.
I say anthem, because there is a theme of emotion in this video. Standing on the verge, awaiting that moment, the complete build-up when everything finally erupts and all those pieces can’t be put back together. And also it invokes something in me to want to throw water all over some people while eating and that is almost the definition of punk, right? Good stuff and I am totally digging it. Bad Moves is David Combs, Katie Park, Daoud Tyler-Ameen and Emma Cleveland and this is their first video together as a band.
