Electronic future-pop coming out of Nashville by power duo AWAS in the form of their new album, Vibey AF. It’s charming, seductive and chill. Songwriter and vocalist Ariel Hill & producer/composer Aaron Howard AKA Danny Melonz have joined together to construct what they call “a mixture of swirling synths, flipped vinyl samples, live instrumentation, and vastly versatile but powerful vocals.” Ariel Hill has this sort of jazzy, crooning voice that can linger in the atmosphere met with the sounds of acoustics meeting her word for word composed by Melonz. The looping melodies ringing in your head and the beat rolling through your body.
