eX-Girl – Japanese Space Punk: Album of the Week

Weirdo Japanese space-punks eX-Girl have released five records over the span of almost 20 years.

Their debut landed in 1998 and found them on the radar of Faith No More’s Mike Patton who signed them to his Ipecac label and Jello Biafra, who signed them to Alternative Tentacles.

Now, the trio’s 1999 Japanese/European CD only masterpiece “Kero Kero Kero” is being re-released on vinyl by Madison, Wisconsin’s Secret Records.

This isn’t for everybody, but it should be. Absolutely mind-numbingly great.

Pre-order through the Bandcamp link below. Only 250 hand numbered copies on hot pink & Easter yellow swirl vinyl and 250 hand numbered copies on baby pink with black splatter vinyl
