Juice Newton is a country-pop artist who was massive in the early 80’s. She had several massive hits the biggest of which are probably “Queen Of Hearts” and her rendition of “Angel of the Morning”. This one I’ve chosen as Video of The Day was also a top ten single for her, and it’s very power poppy with a video that is extremely camp, but at the time it won an award for being a great video. It was directed by Mike Nesmith of The Monkees. ENJOY!

Yes!
Looking at the drummer It seems like the fashion trend in the early eighties were shirts with horizontal stripes and sports jackets. Phil Seymour, Greg Kihn Band, The Records etc. etc..
This song very much reminds me of Phil Seymour who I love. And yea that stripey shirt trend is the power pop uniform!
Yeah, Phil was great. Died too soon. I loved his stuff with Dwight Twilley also..
