THE DISTRICTS – Melancholic Power Rock Anthem…

I love this Pennsylvania band. Because of their passion, power, melancholic touch
and ‘big’ songs. I already saw them playing two highly emotional shows (Amsterdam & Brussels) and can’t wait to see them again in the fall. The Districts released their second album ‘A Flourish And A Spoil’ earlier this year. ‘Chlorine’ is one of the stand out tracks. A melodramatic quiet/loud power opus about a troubled relationship. A touching melody, awesome guitar lines and highly appealing vocals. Will end up very high on my best-tracks-of-2015-list at the end of the year. The band’s rendition on Seattle’s Radio KEXP is epic…
