New Music: Pie Face Girls

The Raleigh, NC band Pie Face Girls have premiered the first track “Washed Up” of their upcoming debut album “Formative Years”. You can hear a lot of the 90s Riot Grrrl influence in their music as well as a solid foundation of classic ’70s punk like The Germs as well. The band has been playing shows for several years but up until now only a few rough demos existed. They have built a following in Raleigh and are poised to do more touring once their debut album comes out. The record is coming out on the North Carolina label Negative Fun Records.
