GIRLS IN SYNTHESIS – Messy Clip For Filthy Noise Hammer… ‘DISAPPEAR’


Only formed last year GIRLS IN SYNTHESIS describes themselves as “an obtuse punk trio based in London, formed to aurally represent the noise and violence of the modern world.” Last month the trio launched their debut AA single ‘The Mound/Disappear’ and now they shared a wacky clip for second track DISAPPEAR A crushing noise hammer from start to finish. A loud sign of the times! The video puts the band into a vulnerable and humiliating position. The ‘tidy mess’ of the video represents the isolated and hands-tied emotion of the song’s narrator, being forced to accept vivid and amorphous baggage of the past, but never to experience it again. The clip was filmed in one single take. Hours of preparation advanced the short filming time of 4 minutes, one false move and the video would have been blown. Here’s the deafening filth…
