a few weeks ago , we received an email from La Suisse Primitive located in Switzerland. Once I saw that they were all about garage rock, I was hooked. One of the main things that I enjoy about garage is the simplistic honesty that you can pick up on when bands are just having fun. When garage is forced it doesn’t sound authentic and it makes me question why a band is trying to pull it off. I’m glad to say that all of the bands on this compilation are sounding like they are having serious fun, from surf guitars to full out garage stomping maddness this is a label all of you garage rockers should start paying attention to. For all of you Burger kids out there , you’ll notice La Suissee Primitive have done a 7 with Tomorrows Tulips. I’ve said a few times that in 2016, I want to focus on music that I enjoy blasting when I’m alone getting ready to face the world and La Suisse Primitive is a label that I will be following and listening to closley , and for all my DJ/ Podcast buds , be sure to look into adding any of these bands to your too cool for school playlist……

La Suisse Primitive brings the kind of music to you that is often times overlooked. As independent association we want to present the audience bands that simply merit to stand on stage. We are located in the region of St. Gallen, Switzerland; And that’s where we produce records we deem to be of relevance. In the end it’s all about unheard tunes and raw musical passion.
